The fuse is J1, middle edge of TIPM. The relay is in the power distribution center, the small fuse/relay box near the TIPM (toward the passenger compartment). There are a few relays there (2 DRLs, Liftgate, Headlamp Washer). I don't recall, off hand, which one is the compressor relay, I think its the larger one. I ran the power cable from the cigar lighter plug to the extreme left front corner of that storage bin down the center console then up under the dash. 2015 Grand Cherokee - Windshield Washer Pump/Fuse Position. On my 2015 Grand Cherokee, I'm not getting water on either the front nor the rear windshields. I cannot hear either pump running, but to be sure I've verified that water is not getting to the spray nozzles by disconnecting a hose. Given that they are both not working, i suspect a fuse.
