Themain difference is the zoom lens (2.5x PM vs 2x on the Pro). The 12 got a couple little enhancements with night mode/low light photography and the wide angle lens distortion, but I was hard pressed to tell the difference between photos my dad shot with his 11PM and my 12 Pro when we exchanged photos.
Thebiggest reason to not buy the Oneplus 10 Pro is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. That chipset is one of the worst in overheating and battery efficiency since snapdragon 810 (if you remember Oneplus 2) OTOH Oneplus 11 has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. I can get the 12 (8/256) for 570€ and the 12 Pro (12/256) for 950€ ( it is available this one in 8/256 version aswell for 850€. For minor aspects, like a "better screen", and additional telephoto NUC12 will have an entirely new hybrid architecture for the CPU, using performance cores combined with efficiency cores. It seems like Alder Lake is the start of x86 emulating ARM SOC formats (not instruction set obviously). In a sense, 11th gen to 12th gen will be revolutionary, while 12th gen to 13th gen will be evolutionary.
